Give yourself an afternoon you'll never forget

Sundays are supposed to feel like this — slow, spacious, and entirely your own. But somewhere between the to-do lists, the family commitments, and the low hum of everyday life, that feeling can be hard to find.

This is your invitation to stop. Fully, completely, beautifully stop.

What awaits you

Your afternoon begins with 75 minutes of yin yoga and yoga nidra — a deeply slow and meditative practice where postures are held gently, giving your body time to soften and surrender. There's no push here, no performance. Just you, your mat, and permission to let go.

Then comes something truly extraordinary.

You'll be cocooned into your own suspended hammock, swaying gently above the ground, held completely as though weightless. And then the sound begins.

For 60 minutes, you'll be bathed in the rich, resonant tones of live singing bowls and healing sound — waves of vibration that move through the air, through the hammock, and through every cell of your body. Floating. Drifting. Deeply, deeply at rest.

There is nothing quite like it.

Why floating makes it different

When the body is suspended and supported on all sides, it has nowhere to be and nothing to do. Muscles that rarely fully release finally do. The nervous system — so used to staying alert — gets the signal that it is safe to let go completely.

Sound healing is already profoundly restorative. In a hammock, it becomes something else entirely.

This experience is for you if…

  • You're exhausted and craving genuine rest
  • You've been running on empty and need to reset
  • You're curious about sound healing but want something truly immersive
  • You simply want one afternoon that is completely, unapologetically yours
